The Salad Journey

I like salad(s) and now making it is part of my ritual. I end up making the salad every party that I am invited (and asked to bring something).

I use spinach, arugula, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, grapes, cherry tomato, apple, orange slices, bell peppers, celery, berries and finally top it with cranberry raisins, walnuts and almonds. Either I use lemon juice as dressing or a salad dressing made with olive oil and few imaginations.

Three things why I love making salad:
  • It is easy to make - takes  less than 15 min
  • You feel connected to the food in pure form.
  • Finally, it's healthy!
